I received the package intact. When I finally got around to setting it up (we were transitioning cats to several new things), we found the flip top was defective/broken. We have reached out via email to customer care and have yet to receive a response. Disappointing.

My fussy cat is very happy with his new litter box. I assembled it in my kitchen.Cisco (my cat ) watched me put it all together and then jumped inside and sat there, It fits nicely in small alcove outside my bathroom. The is a bit heavier than I expected but I managed ok. i am an 87 year senior. LYNNE
