    Totally delivers

The unit is perfectly described in both dimensions and usage. The two entry options are sized appropriately for larger cats. The deodorant packets absorb all odours and the reusable liners are durable . The Design allows it to be used in more visible locations in the home. Beyond expectations!

A piece of the lid broken

I was Just able to set up the modular XL due to being out of town on an emergency and very disappointed the kid had a piece broken. I took A picture to send to you and the lid won’t sit correctly. Also the charcoal placement can you please send a video one of the charcoal placement things had a silver thing and one didn’t neither would slid into lid. As of now not very happy with purchase. Excellent quality! Very roomy for my senior cat.

Easy to clean and the cats prefer it

I wanted to try a top entry box for use in a small bathroom where this isn't room for a little trapping mat in front of the box. Overall, I really like the XL box and like that it can be configured top or front entry. Note: the box come with one of each style of liner so you don't need to order liners on your initial order.

I like the liners a lot (which I wasn't expecting). It is much easier on my arms (with tennis elbow) to pull out the liner to clean it and swap out litter rather they carrying a big bulky/heavy box downstairs and outside to deal with. I am using a diluted Castile soap spray to clean the liner instead of bleach/chemicals since the liner is more absorbent than hard plastic. It comes really clean and wet litter doesn't really stick to it anyway (I am using Tuft & Paw litter which is made of soy and charcoal and so doesn't get gross and gummy like clay and never smells like urine).

My cat has always had trouble covering her waste (she digs around forever, even scraping the floor and walls outside the box). I thought the liner would drive her crazy but she is fine with it. I started with the box having the front and top open since she hadn't used a top-entry before. After a ~week, I closed the front and she now used the top to enter/exit. I like that the top is perforated so she still gets light and airflow. She can also easily peek out of the top hole when she hears anything nearby, which is much less stressful for her, I think, than being totally enclosed.

One of my cats hasn't used it as a top entry yet, but I never expected him to (he has always had really weak back legs and is nervous about jumping on anything that he can't pull himself up on with his nails). If you have a cat that has trouble jumping on, e.g. the toilet with the lid shut, you might have to use the front entry for them. In any case, I really like the box with the front entry open, too. It does a good job of keeping litter in when they dig around because the sides are so high and a continuous piece of plastic.

When I received the package I was surprised by how huge the XL is (I didn't check the dimensions, doh), but I'm actually glad for the larger size because the cats have plenty of room to move around and avoid each other's waste between scoopings while I am at work during the day.
