Go top-entry.
The top-entry configuration will keep your floors practically pebble free! It doesn't matter how vigorously your cats dig or where they aim, the mess will stay inside the box. The lid doubles as a walk-off mat, catching any stray kernels.
Or, front-entry.
For kittens, senior cats, or cats who prefer a more traditional entrance, try the front-entry configuration. The large entryway makes it easy for kitties of all sizes to get in and out. While the walk-off platform locks the liner in place, and helps reduce litter tracking.
3-position lid.
Our patented 3-position lid swivels open for easy scooping. Any stray litter on the lid falls back inside when open, and the lid easily removes providing full access for thorough cleaning.
Leak-proof base.
XL has a tall, seamless base that keeps the mess inside. Perfect for side pee-ers! Hang the included scoop on either side for quick access.
Easy hook up.
The XL liners hang on hooks at each corner to ensure they stay put. Kitties can scratch all they want, these liners won't come down.

I genuinely cannot explain how happy we are to have come across this litter box. Our 20lb mane coon cat likes to pee standing up, so the largest litter box on the market still couldn’t accommodate him. This is the only litter box that doesn’t have a seam halfway up, is large enough for him to enter comfortably, and the liner helps keep it all clean! I was so helpless, cleaning up literal cat urine on our floor all the time from my old litter box, I thought nothing was going to work. Whoever created this litter box, thank you from the bottom of my heart. No more smell, no more mess, all around amazing litter box.

This is my 3rd ModKat box & 2nd XL. I tried to get by with using a storage tote with flimsy plastic liners for a litter box but it was no match for one of my kitties who likes to stand to pee. :/ I’ve owned ModKat boxes for years so I know they are durable and stylish. I realized I needed to quit messing around with a do-it-yourself, rigged box (since cat pee is no joke) and shell out the dough for a sure thing. We’re all much happier. Dianna, Ginger, Blu, & Wilson

I have 3 cats and originally had 2 litter boxes and upgraded to 1 large and 1 XL Modcat. They like the XL more soI had to upgrade to 2 XL Modcat boxes. The lid is annoying, but you get used to it. I don’t like the scoops that come with the box and end up throwing them away. I use a large heavy duty metal one I purchased off of Amazon. Definitely recommend the XL Modcat litter box!

A game changer!!
My cat pee stand up and there used to be pee on the floor, but with this litterbox with high wall, it’s doesn’t happen anymore. It’s is on the pricer side but it’s worth the investement.
