Processing Orders
Orders are usually processed within 1-4 business days. Once processed you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking number. If you don't receive your Shipping Confirmation email please reach out to Customer Support so we may assist you.

Order Changes
To make changes to your order, please contact Customer Support and provide your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your changes if the item(s) haven't already begun processing.

Our shipping facilities are closed on weekends, so any orders placed after midnight on Thursday may not be processed until the following Monday.

U.S. & Canada Shipping
After you've received your Shipping Confirmation email, orders typically take 3-7 business days to reach their final destination, but this is NOT guaranteed. Use the tracking number provided in the Shipping Confirmation email to check the expected delivery date and the status of your order.

Military Mail (APO/FPO/DPO)
Orders shipped to APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses may require substantially longer transit times than our standard shipping estimates. Tracking updates may be limited or unavailable after a package enters the military mail network. Delivery times are not guaranteed and can vary based on destination and military postal processing.

International Shipping - Outside the United States
After you've received your Shipping Confirmation email, orders typically take 1-3 weeks to reach their final destination, but this is NOT guaranteed. Use the Passport tracking link provided in the Shipping Confirmation email to check the expected delivery date and the status of your order.All orders are handled by our international shipping partner, Passport Global Inc (“Passport”).

Passport Support

• Shipping cost and duties and taxes are calculated during checkout using the total weight of the ordered products. This will be charged to your chosen payment method upon checkout.
