    Big & Deep, good customer svc from Modkat

    We have the Modkat XL (which takes, btw, close to 35 lb of cat litter - our "dig to China" cat loves it!) and use the front entry. It took me a few weeks to realize the lid, which we always leave half-open, had a broken hinge. I emailed Modkat and via a quick reply from them, learned they have replacement lids on the website. Got it fast and everything's fine!

    If you have a cat like mine, who tends to spray STRAIGHT OUT rather than neatly crouching down, only Modkat had the very high sides I needed. We're very satisfied with this product after 18 months.
