U.S. Return Fees
Litter Boxes, Litter Keepers, and Scratchers will have a $15 Return Shipping Fee deducted from the final refund. All other products are free to return.

International Return Fees
Customers outside of the U.S. and Canada are responsible for return shipping fees which will be deducted from the final refund.

EU Return Policy

• EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.
• To exercise this right, you must notify Modkat within 14 days of delivery. After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to return the goods.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that the goods have been shipped back.
• Customers are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Donate

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Donated product(s) must have been purchased via modkat.com
• Donation must occur within 45 Days of product delivery
• Donation of more than 3 items must be pre-approved by Customer Support
• A valid donation receipt must be provided from the accepting organization
  • The receipt must mention the donated product(s)
  • Alternatively, a photo of the establishment with the donated product(s) may suffice

Donate - No Fees!
We fully encourage donating unwanted products to a local shelter, rescue, or other non-profit organization. Donation feels great, reduces waste and will save you from any applicable return fees!
