We know you and your cat rely on the Modkat Litter Box, and we're grateful to have you as a valued customer. As part of our efforts to provide you with the best possible service, we wanted to update you on an issue that has recently been brought to our attention.
We have been informed by a few of our customers that our Modkat (Top-Entry) Litter Box purchased between 3/1/18 - 9/25/18 may not be functioning properly. In some cases, the lid-locking mechanism does not fully engage, which may cause the lid to be unstable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and your cat.
If your Modkat Litter Box lid does NOT engage properly please fill out the request form below, and we will send you a replacement of the lid-locking mechanism part(s) at no cost as soon as they are available. In the meanwhile, please remove the lid when using the product.
