Shipping - United States

We are pleased to offer free shipping for orders over $50 in the contiguous United States. Standard orders take 1-3 days to be processed and ship via UPS or USPS. We are closed for the weekends, therefore any orders placed after midnight on Thursday may not be processed until Monday.

If you need to make changes to your order after it is placed please contact Customer Support right away. We will do our best to accommodate your changes if the item(s) haven't already been processed. You will receive your order confirmation and tracking number after placing your order, please be patient it may take a day or two. We apologize, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping - Outside the U.S.

Shipping fees, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. At checkout, you may conveniently choose to pay duties and taxes in advance. Customs policies and clearance procedures vary widely from country to country and may significantly delay shipping times. Please do NOT refuse shipments, if items are refused by the customer, Modkat reserves the right to charge the customer for the return shipping or loss of product(s). If you have further questions please contact us, the shipping company or your local customs agent.

Modkat accepts returns of merchandise purchased at modkat.com within 30 days of receiving your product(s). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Any original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. After 30 days we reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the return instructions below.

Return Instructions:

  • Use the Return/Exchange form to inform us that you would like to return your item(s).
  • Verify that the item(s) are clean, in "like-new" condition, with ALL packing materials.
  • Ship to the address provided by customer support. 
  • Please allow 14 days from the time we receive the return for the items to be inspected and for your refund to be issued.

* If returned items don't meet the above return criteria they may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

We stand behind our products 100% and we want you to be satisfied. We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. If your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, contact customer service immediately. Please provide your order # and supporting photos to verify the condition. If Modkat deems there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage we will provide a replacement part, product, or the appropriate refund.

We will never sell, rent or disclose your information to any third party. Your credit card information is secure at all times and we never keep your credit card information on file. We will regularly email you with interesting information and notify you about special offers, events and products we think you would want to hear about.
